SHIPPING
For any items in our on line shop-plan on 5-7 business days from the time we receive your order to the time it arrives to your destination. (Slightly longer during peak holiday times) Outside of the continental US may take longer as well. All items are shipped USPS. Shipping costs will be calculated during check out.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you do not LOVE your mittens for any reason, too small, too big, not the right color, PLEASE contact me and we can arrange to exchange them for another pair or process a refund. Refunds will be given on the purchase amount only. They have to be in the same condition as when you received them. I stand behind my mittens 100%, so again, PLEASE contact me if you have any issues.
